Sciolex provides an AI deployment platform and technical services to U.S. government and defense agencies. The platform acts as a secure, cleared channel to integrate AI and advanced technologies into classified government environments, supporting mission engineering, capability development, and operational mission support such as enterprise program management and records management. Core services include program management, systems engineering, architecture development, system integration, and operations support, including records and file management for USCIS, CBP, and the Coast Guard. Its SDVOSB status, cleared infrastructure, and role as a channel partner for AI vendors distinguish it, with the goal of enabling safe, scalable deployment of AI-enabled solutions in federal missions and managing the lifecycle of government programs.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Sciolex won $17.8 million USCIS bridge work in March 2026.
  • USCIS forecasted the follow-on as an SDVOSB set-aside, matching Sciolex's status.
  • sciolex.com updated July 31, 2026, still markets federal AI deployment capabilities.

What critics are saying

  • USCIS FOSS recompete targets July 2026; Sciolex faces a 400-person transition risk.
  • The March 2026 bridge ends September 22, 2026, exposing revenue concentration.
  • A lost USCIS recompete would gut a major contract stream and trigger layoffs.

What makes Sciolex unique

  • Sciolex owns a cleared AI deployment channel inside classified U.S. government environments.
  • USCIS kept Sciolex as incumbent on the 2026 FOSS bridge contract.
  • The company combines records management, mission engineering, and cleared operations under one contract vehicle.
