  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years managing fraud risk and drive strategy in a Financial Services industry
  • Fluent in SQL with 1+ years of experience querying databases and analyzing large datasets
  • Broad understanding of the financial industry's competitive landscape and what industry standard is for mitigating fraud
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong XFN collaboration skills
  • Manage the fraud governance to ensure losses within Risk Appetite. This will require review and provide oversight to Fraud Policy, Fraud model, and Fraud operation process
  • Monitor policy effectiveness in financial and operational results
  • Analyze large data sets to investigate gaps in fraud policy to manage imminent fraud threats
  • Collaborate with Operation, Engineering, Data Science, and Product team to implement Fraud Risk policy and contribute to Strategic Roadmap for fraud transaction monitoring and controls
  • Act as subject matter expert in regards to first party and third party fraud for internal stakeholders
