Requirements
  • Expert knowledge of PC, servers, OS (Windows 7/10/11 and Mac OS)
  • Understanding of Network, Security, ServiceNow
  • Documentation skills - End user instruction writing
  • Virtualization experience
  • Basic understanding of Application Scripting and Packaging
  • Active directory and SCCM. Must have familiarity with Intune.

  • This role will be based in Hillsboro, OR, but support an additional two (2) locations based in Boise, ID and Vancouver, WA.
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 20% to both of these locations.

Responsibilities
  • This role will support the local IT/Infrastructure at the site, small datacenter with all network and security appliances and limited local servers at three (3) locations.
  • Be the go to person for users at site for issues and requests our automation or remote team cannot complete
  • Report incidents and issues to central helpdesk and provide local assistance as needed and resolve SNOW (Service Now) requests & incidents
  • Responsible for Zoom/Video Conferencing for onsite locations
  • Participate in global initiatives where local representation is needed
  • PC, Network, Storage, and smartphone lifecycle
