Associate Physician Relations Manager (APRM) - Los Angeles, CA / Orange County, LA
Are you ready to re-imagine how physical therapy is delivered? Founded in 2018, Luna has rapidly emerged as the fastest mobile on-demand physical therapy clinic. As a PRM, your role will include educating physicians about Luna, while also soliciting patient referrals for physical therapy treatment. You will build relationships with providers remotely/virtually via consistent, targeted outreach to guide them through the Company’s service offerings.
What you will do:
- Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
- Manages 2-3 emerging markets with some assistance. Does not have a partner assigned.
- Assists the PRM’s and Sr. PRM’s with providing backup support for their regions by assisting with referral verification and patient updates.
- Employs various business development practices, including cold-calling and email marketing campaigns to grow new markets by increasing awareness amongst physicians and clinical practices
- Analyze regional data and innovate new processes to increase patient volume
You will be a good fit if you have:
- Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience as a sales representative or sales associate.
- Experience with email campaigns and other marketing methods
- Result driven with an eagerness to succeed and appreciation for Luna’s strong position in the market place
- Excellent verbal/written communication skill
- Proficient in G-Suite, HubSpot experience a plus
