We are seeking a bilingual Technical Applications Manager to join our Canadian Sales team. In this role, you will combine technical expertise with sales enablement to help drive top-line growth for Armacell’s insulation solutions. You’ll lead demand generation initiatives, deliver applications training to contractors and engineers, and serve as a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues. You’ll also play a key role in implementing Armacell’s global World Class Armacell Mindset (WAM) initiatives in Canada.
This is a remote position; however, the ideal candidate will be based near an airport for convenient travel to customer sites and industry events.

Job Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Achieve annual specification and sales growth targets.
Lead Demand Generation: Manage relationships with external platforms (e.g., Dodge, Construct Connect) and identify new ways to build pipeline opportunities.
Enable Sales Teams: Develop presentations, webinars, and engagement tools to support customer interactions, industry events (e.g., ASHRAE), and “lunch & learns.”
Train & Support: Provide on-site training for contractors, EPCs, and engineering firms; implement train-the-trainer programs; and certify key users on product application.
Be a Technical Expert: Act as the go-to resource for Armacell systems and solutions, ensuring proper application and successful project outcomes.
Champion Salesforce: Serve as a key user, driving adoption, process improvements, and data integrity.
Collaborate Globally: Support rollout of global initiatives (DCT training, WAM pillars) while sharing Canadian market insights and competitive intelligence.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.
5–7 years of experience in technical sales, applications management, or a related manufacturing/industrial environment.
Strong ability to build relationships and provide technical guidance to customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual in English and French (required).
Ability and willingness to travel within Canada to support customers and projects.

The expected compensation range for this role is $100,000.00 -$120,000.00.
The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience, and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
