Requirements
  • 15+ years in analytics, with 10+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of shaping and executing marketing data strategies in Fortune 500 settings
  • Ability to lead multiple project teams across multiple time zones with minimal supervision
  • Expertise in advanced analytics and predictive modeling
  • Experience integrating commercial, digital and other data sources to drive insights and business action
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of turning analytics into actionable stories that move stakeholders
  • Capable of collaborating on strategic vision, and the tactical roadmap to deliver this vision, and converting data from insights to action
  • Analysis, modeling, and visualization of large, complex, and heterogeneous data sets
  • Working knowledge of data architecture principles and components
  • Experience with large data sets/ data warehouses, including the ability to extract data from data sets using advanced scripting or SQL
  • Prior experience and/or knowledge of:
  • o Qualtrics, Salesforce, Alchemer, and / or similar customer data platforms
  • o Visualizations tools (Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire)
  • o Eloqua, SalesForce, Adobe and other martech platforms
  • Ability to leverage Python, R, or SAS to help facilitate predictive analytics
  • Experience with ETL and/or data prep tools, Databricks and/or PySpark
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong written and verbal presentation. Strong communicator and experience using data to tell a story
  • Attention to detail and results oriented.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, or Business, Master’s degree a strong plus
Responsibilities
  • Building and leading a high-performing analytics team, partnering closely with marketing and business leaders to deliver actionable insights that drive growth
  • The right individual is comfortable with making decisions when there is ambiguity
  • S/he is highly collaborative and can lead through influence by involving a diverse array of internal stakeholders and business leaders
  • Marketing and customer analytics strategy: Implement long-term marketing and customer analytics strategy: a roadmap for measuring comprehensive, multichannel marketing programs and campaigns while establishing key metrics
  • Execute integrated data roadmap aligned to enable better customer understanding and experiences. This includes understanding and documenting the connectivity of various Martech platforms (Adobe, Salesforce, etc) and how this data proves effectiveness of marketing efforts with our customers
  • Inform and inspire action to the marketing and business leadership (based in US), that drives business growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support and enhance organization’s ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business partners to support the development of audience segmentation, web and media measurement, event optimization models and more.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing and business teams
  • Provide analytical support for new product launches and market expansion
  • Campaign analytics and marketing performance:
  • Support campaign planning with audience insights and performance forecasts
  • Manage marketing measurement initiatives, working with customer marketers, brand and digital marketing to establish KPI and tracking processes
  • Work with digital team and others to enable more personalized customer engagement
  • Lead benchmarking activities to ensure consistent ROI monitoring across marketing investment
  • Educate marketing partners on data availability, KPI alignment to business goals, and tracking best practices to fuel better data accuracy and availability
  • Team leadership and development:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of marketing analysts and data scientists
  • Create and socialize the mission, vision and values of the analytics team
  • Define the team's support model for different marketing stakeholders
  • Help evolve the team from a data provisioner to a strategic partner of marketing
  • Coach teams on data connectivity, data usage, and performance storytelling through data. Train teams on data connectivity best practices through technology driven automation
  • Evaluate and implement marketing analytics tools, platforms and partners:
  • Develop and deliver analytical tools to better support partners in making data driven decisions
  • Uncover new analytical models, tools and applications that can add incremental value to the organization. Identify new paths to maximize AI and other advanced analytical tools.
  • Determine the need for, selecting and managing external service providers for marketing analytics
  • Identify and enhance data collection and analysis processes, and quantitative models for measurement and benchmarking
  • Drive automation of reporting and analytical processes. Coach team members on best practices around automation and data hygiene
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure reliable data infrastructure
  • Ensure that Labcorp data is being streamlined and maximized across the organization
Desired Qualifications
  • A self-starter with a see it/own it/do it mentality who can work both independently and with a team, be highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction when needed
  • Ability to get hands-on when necessary is a must
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills for marketing and business audiences
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Prior leadership experience in a matrixed organization and engagement with global stakeholders
  • Experience in medical diagnostics, pharmaceutical R&D, clinical development and/or healthcare is desirable
  • Have exceptional understanding of Martech data sources and their connectivity across platforms to prove effectiveness of marketing efforts

Labcorp launches AI-powered platform with AWS and Datavant to accelerate Alzheimer's research

Labcorp has launched an AI-powered real-world data platform to accelerate Alzheimer's disease research, developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services and Datavant. The platform aims to generate insights in minutes that previously required months of data analysis. The system combines Labcorp's diagnostic and genomic datasets with medical claims data, using AWS AI services including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker. It enables researchers to identify patient cohorts, track disease progression and measure treatment effectiveness across diverse populations using deidentified healthcare data. With over 7.2 million Americans living with Alzheimer's and annual care costs exceeding $380 billion in the US, the platform addresses traditional challenges of fragmented data and lengthy preparation times. Initial validation will complete in spring 2026, with plans to expand into inflammatory diseases, cardiometabolic conditions, women's health and oncology.

NEW YORK - Laboratory Corporation of America this week said it has completed its acquisition of select assets of Crouse Health's Laboratory Alliance of Central New York's laboratory business.
