- 3-5 years of experience with Operating Systems and Application support
- Must be able to multitask
- Experience with VMware, Windows or Linux, Active Directory
- Experience with monitoring and event platforms such as SCOM, Service Manager, SCCM
- Support the Operating Systems and Application infrastructure for ISD customer environments
- Provide Operating System support for Windows or Linux
- Provide hardware support for UCS B or C series and server parts replacement
- Support applications including vendor and custom applications; experience with Active Directory and SQL where applicable
- Work with technologies and solutions including VMWARE, SAN Storage, Hosted and Managed Solutions
- Create change process documentation (MOPS)
- Perform standard changes and provide escalation support for complex technical issues
- Act as primary technical lead in critical event management situations including providing support on technical and customer bridges
- Work client alerts and associated trouble tickets to meet all contractual service level agreements
- Own the resolution of escalated internal and external client issues
- Participate in cross-departmental projects with internal and external teams
- Provide recommendations to Tier 3, Service Delivery team, and management on process, monitoring, or technical improvements
