  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for a consumer-facing business ideally in Auto
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decision-making, and measure outcomes
  • Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, Search Console, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Suite, and SEO-specific tools

  • Relentless focus on metrics, optimization, and attribution
Responsibilities
  • Own overall buyer/seller growth for Joyrides marketplace business by establishing a scalable, cost-effective, and data-centric customer acquisition strategy while tracking the origin of every new customer signup and registration
  • Oversee and maintain existing digital advertising channels (search, social, display, video)
  • Lead efforts to launch incremental campaigns as we expand to new markets
  • Work collaboratively with analytics to design, implement, and measure tests (audiences, creative, bid strategies, etc.)
  • Optimize ad performance to meet ROI-centric business goals
  • Identify and develop new marketing opportunities
  • Work closely with finance and analytics to create forecasts for growth
  • Quickly catch bugs/issues and act urgently to address
