Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of HR Business Partner experience
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, Immigration, and best practices
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Employment Policies and Practices, Performance Management, and Learning and Development activities
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects autonomously
  • Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, MS Office Suite, HRIS systems; Workday experience a plus
  • SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders
  • Work on critical organizational issues and provide coaching to group leaders
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and other leaders to deliver HR strategies and programs
  • Play an active role in delivering and executing HR priorities for client groups
  • Roll out corporate initiatives to global groups
  • Work closely with HR Operations team to enhance HR programs based on business needs
  • Advise managers on HR policies and their application
  • Provide performance management guidance to line management
  • Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures
  • Audit and analyze data for continuous improvement
  • Participate in programs to build employee engagement and retention
  • Stay current on industry practices and legal requirements
