- 7–10 years of relevant experience in systems or network administration, systems support, or similar technical roles in secure, mission-critical Department of Defense or similar environments.
- Strong leadership capabilities in directing project and task execution across maintenance, integration, and data management domains.
- Experience allocating resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality deliverables.
- Ability to resolve operational issues and provide precise, timely status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Experience managing schedules and aligning tasks with program objectives to support integrated operations across functional domains.
- Strong documentation skills for logs, incident reports, configuration and asset records, and technical documentation.
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent Department of Defense or military training in systems administration, network operations, or a related technical discipline.
- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start.
- Deliver onsite and on-call technical and operational support for mission systems at Raven Rock, including system administration, monitoring, and health checks.
- Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions for hardware, software, network, and system performance issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including software patches, updates, configuration changes, and performance tuning.
- Provide first-line user support and training for system access, basic operations, and issue resolution.
- Collect, maintain, and update operational logs, incident and deficiency reports, and checklists in accordance with program and security standards.
- Perform incident response, including initial triage, escalation, coordination with higher-tier support, and closure documentation.
- Execute backup and restore operations to ensure data integrity, availability, and continuity of operations.
- Support system administration and database support tasks as needed to maintain operational environments.
- Oversee procedural compliance and ensure all records, logs, and reports meet required operational, security, and audit requirements.
- Act as a technical resource for performance optimization, data integrity, continuity of operations, and management status reporting.
- Holding a DoD 8140 qualifying certification such as Cloud+, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or an equivalent certification is required or preferred.
