Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and managing customer communications.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and gather insights on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Participate in customer meetings, taking notes, and documenting customer needs and feedback to inform future sales strategies.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts and develop effective sales pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data related to leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for internal meetings to track performance and share insights with the team.
  • Shadow experienced account executives to understand the sales process and develop essential skills in customer relationship management.
