Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end supply chain strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals for cost efficiency, service excellence, and scalability.
• Oversee supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and distribution operations, to optimize efficiency and reduce lead times.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and adaptability to changing demands.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain processes, utilizing data analytics and technology to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations across all aspects of the supply chain, including customs, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement corrective actions to address any deviations, ensuring high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
• Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deploy innovative tools and systems that support automation, visibility, and real-time decision-making within the supply chain.
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (MBA or advanced certifications like APICS, CSCMP, or Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred).
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex supply chain initiatives.
• Expertise in inventory management, procurement strategies, demand planning, and logistics operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain networks and technologies, including warehouse automation, IoT, and data analytics tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a focus on managing diverse teams and building a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance standards, risk management, and sustainability practices within supply chain operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the e-commerce or retail sector, managing high-volume supply chains with complex product categories.
• Strong familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and blockchain in supply chain optimization.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred, alongside strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment with multiple priorities.
