  • Some familiarity with other legal field relevant to adtech (such as IP or online consumer protection) is a plus
  • Some experience working in or with a technology-focused industry is a plus
  • Some experience counseling on advertising technology is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the company's global product and engineering teams to provide region-specific legal advice on strategic product initiatives, including issue-spotting and offering pragmatic risk-mitigating solutions adapted to the local regulatory landscape
  • Provide product and privacy counseling on the development and go-to-market of EMEA-specific products, such as TTD’s innovative identity solutions for cookieless digital advertising in Europe
  • Collaborate with the global product counsel team to advise on EMEA-specific legal and privacy-by-design impacts of global products (such as Kokai platform and AI-powered Seeds)
  • Monitor and advise across the full range of new EU and UK technology regulations impacting AdTech
  • Work closely with internal business partners to understand their perspectives, processes, applications, projects, and technologies to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices while guiding them to successful resolution
  • Collaborate with legal, business and product team members to improve cross-functional review processes
