We’re looking for a Digital Content Producer to join us. We’re a company that’s looking to change the game in our industry, so we’re looking for someone who can help us bring our brand to life across our content with the main focuses of this role being: LinkedIn, website and videos.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy to build brand awareness and increase engagement from target audiences
- Track and analyse LinkedIn content performance using platform analytics to gain insights
- Stay up to date on LinkedIn algorithm changes, features and best practices
- Curate relevant industry content and insights to share with LinkedIn audiences
- Utilise both organic content and LinkedIn ads to achieve content marketing goals
- Design LinkedIn campaigns that generate leads, event sign-ups, etc.
- Create optimised website content including landing pages, blog posts, guides and more
- Manage and edit website content (WordPress)
- Implement SEO best practices into website content (working alongside our SEO agency)
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure website content is displayed effectively
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create accurate, informative website content
- Track website analytics related to traffic, conversions, etc. to optimise content
- Conceptualise creative video content that aligns with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Write scripts and storyboards to bring video concepts to life
- Brief and manage freelance videographers on video production needs and expectations
- Schedule and coordinate video shoots, ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards are met
- Manage post-production including overseeing editing, graphic animations, colouring, sound mixing
- Add captions, transcripts, subtitles for video accessibility needs
- Analyse video performance metrics and audience engagement to optimise future video content
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- 3+ years of experience in similar role
- LinkedIn experience necessary
- WordPress experience necessary
- Creative thinker able to develop innovative content across marketing channels
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Excellent attention to detail, verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
