Requirements
  • The candidate must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Must have a proven track record of high-quality care and parent satisfaction.
  • Must be willing to travel bi-monthly for intensive in-person strategy sessions.
Responsibilities
  • Build a full caseload through Finni in one of the high-growth hubs, under mentorship of a veteran Clinical Owner.
  • Participate in Phase 2 owner mentorship with in-person onboarding every two months, including training on billing, compliance, staff recruitment, and local networking.
  • In Phase 3, while billing in the hub, support generation of eight pre-qualified leads in the candidate's home market.
  • In Phase 4, transition out of the residency to lead their own brand with continued backend support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive or interest in building a clinical practice beyond a traditional 9-to-5 role.
  • Experience pursuing or planning ownership of a clinical practice.
  • Strong interest in marketing and business development to sustain and grow a personal brand

Finni Health provides ABA therapy and early childhood education consulting for children with developmental disorders. ABA is delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts who build individualized behavior-change plans, collect data, and adjust interventions based on progress; early childhood consultants help families and schools implement evidence-based strategies. The services are offered on a fee-for-service basis, paid by insurers or families. Finni Health combines therapeutic ABA with educational consulting to address behavior, communication, learning, and daily living skills, aiming to improve quality of life for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental conditions.
