Requirements
- Good understanding of the AP process, having held an AP position previously and 1-2 years experience within a high-volume AP function
- Strong system experience and prior knowledge of accounting packages and P2P
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional environment under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excel skills - Intermediate level
- Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Driven and self-sufficient in management of workload
Responsibilities
- Leading the expense and credit card function within AP
- Managing the corporate card program
- Approving employee business expense claims according to our T&E Policy
- Timely query handling
- Providing weekly and monthly reports to management, including KPI metric analysis and project updates
- Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders
- Continuously challenge the way we work and actively identify areas of improvement
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Desired Qualifications
- Strong skill set across MS Office products including Word and Excel
- Experience working for a Global company
- Experience using Netsuite, Natwest and Egencia platforms
- Experience managing a global credit card program
