Requirements
  • Good understanding of the AP process, having held an AP position previously and 1-2 years experience within a high-volume AP function
  • Strong system experience and prior knowledge of accounting packages and P2P
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, transactional environment under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excel skills - Intermediate level
  • Strong work ethic, with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Driven and self-sufficient in management of workload
Responsibilities
  • Leading the expense and credit card function within AP
  • Managing the corporate card program
  • Approving employee business expense claims according to our T&E Policy
  • Timely query handling
  • Providing weekly and monthly reports to management, including KPI metric analysis and project updates
  • Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders
  • Continuously challenge the way we work and actively identify areas of improvement
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong skill set across MS Office products including Word and Excel
  • Experience working for a Global company
  • Experience using Netsuite, Natwest and Egencia platforms
  • Experience managing a global credit card program
