As an Operations and Fusion Center Operator, you will provide security support and protect Dell assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents that could impact team members, travelers, facilities, assets, and our name brand. You will work with our global human resource team, regional security teams, cyber response teams, and supply chain partners to intake and triage incidents impacting Dell Technologies operations. 

You will:

• Respond to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching/assigning response teams to mitigate potential threats

• Provide continuous monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities 24/7, team members, and other assets and respond accordingly to incidents 

• Actively monitorglobal security threats with the potential to impact Dell Technologies travel hubs and individual travelers 

• Receive, evaluate, and disseminate incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies

Essential Requirements 

• One or more years ofexperience responding to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching/assigning response teams to mitigate potential threats

• Beginner knowledge of anomaly monitoring, incident response and critical event management technology platforms. 

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to develop documentation or data analysis

• Intermediate written and spoken skills with a strong ability to maintain detailed documentation
