  • 5+ years experience in the People Business Partner/HR industry, ideally at an early stage company; experience working with Engineering, Product, and Legal teams a plus!

Responsibilities
  • Offer regular strategic coaching to employees and managers, handle employee relations issues as needed, and develop, launch, and support programs designed to build upon our existing culture
  • Enhance current people processes within the organization
  • Develop, launch, and implement people programs
  • Solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions
  • Build strong relationships with internal groups to promote the People team’s strategy by advocating for our mission and values, partnering with leaders, and managing programs that help develop our teams
