Requirements
  • The candidate must have 7-12 years of digital leadership experience in quick-service restaurant or fast-casual environments overseeing digital and off-premise commerce, including catering.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated expertise leading and managing loyalty programs and multichannel customer relationship management programs, including experience with a customer data platform, enterprise customer relationship management platforms, application programming interfaces, and webhooks.
  • The candidate must have direct experience managing external partners for loyalty, first-party ordering, and third-party marketplaces.
  • The candidate must be an analytical leader with communication, problem-solving, project management, presentation, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • The candidate must have strong analytical skills, including Excel, and be comfortable with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • The candidate must be able to lead, communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively across cross-functional teams and franchise stakeholders, with collaboration, change management, prioritization, and budget discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Own the overall strategy, performance, and profitability for first- and third-party digital ordering, delivery, and catering programs.
  • Lead loyalty, customer relationship management through email, short message service, and push notifications, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey strategies to grow member acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Spearhead data-driven, audience-centric campaigns and automated journeys to personalize and improve guest experiences.
  • Lead the continued growth of direct online ordering sales through the company website and native mobile applications by leveraging customer relationship management and partnering with brand, menu innovation, digital product management, and menu management stakeholders.
  • Lead business and relationships with third-party delivery platforms, including DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Favor, and ezCater, to improve guest experiences, brand discovery, marketplace performance, and profitability.
  • Lead the launch and growth of the catering program, including go-to-market strategy, lead acquisition, qualification, nurture, offer strategy, marketing, and customer relationship management campaign planning.
  • Partner with Operations and Training to support smooth catering program execution.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience team so outbound customer relationship management messaging connects with the website and native applications to deliver seamless online ordering experiences.
  • Partner with the Data and Analytics team to track and evaluate performance across revenue channels, identify opportunities, and communicate recommendations to leadership and franchise stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Menu, Information Technology, Operations, Training, Legal, Finance, Corporate Communications, and franchise stakeholders to ensure awareness, support, and compliance.
  • Partner with Information Technology, Legal, and Digital Experience to maintain guest data privacy and accessibility compliance and mitigate fraud risks and other potential bad actors.
