Requirements
  • A professional, NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture or equivalent is required.
  • Professional registration or anticipation of registration is required.
  • At least 1 year of experience is required, preferably in commercial architecture.
  • Experience preparing all stages of design documentation, performing construction administration, and coordinating consultants is required.
  • Familiarity with coordinating project deliverables and clients is required.
  • Applicants must be able to collaborate in a diverse project team environment.
  • Applicants must have confident presentation ability.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer located in the country in which the job position is located.
Responsibilities
  • Assist on full life cycle projects.
  • Generate creative design solutions within the functional parameters of a project.
  • Translate concepts and information into images.
  • Participate in exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions.
  • Assist with contract administration responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with a variety of consultants.
Desired Qualifications
  • Revit proficiency is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with other 3D software is a plus.
  • Experience in commercial architecture is preferred.
