  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of administrative office experience are required.
  • Demonstrated computer skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and language skills is required.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative without direct supervision, set priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • The position requires remaining stationary at a desk or computer for long periods and occasionally standing, sitting, walking, using hands to handle objects or controls, reaching, climbing stairs, hearing, and talking.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk and reception area.
  • Greet colleagues and guests as they enter the office.
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Maintain inventory and order personal protective equipment, general office supplies, and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Clean and maintain common spaces.
  • Provide technical support to field staff.
  • Assist with field staff hiring and orientations.
  • Assist the Scheduling team with field staff call volume and communication of non-urgent schedule changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel occasionally for recruitment purposes.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual ability is preferred.
