We are seeking a talented Insights Lead to support our community team and drive data-driven decisions that enhance our global community strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Automated Tool Chain Development: Build and maintain an automated tool chain for the analysis of sentiment, engagement, topics, growth, and other health metrics across our community channels. Ensure the tools are efficient, scalable, and provide real-time insights.

• Central Insights Hub: Establish a source of truth and center of insights that informs other central teams of needs, trends, hurdles, and opportunities across our communities. This hub will be crucial for aligning our community strategy with broader company goals.

• Data-Driven Insights: Continuously provide actionable insights and data to executive leadership and key stakeholders across the organization. Participate in planning and decision-making processes to shape our global community strategy.

• Reporting and Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate complex data in an understandable and impactful manner to various stakeholders.

• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze trends within the blockchain and web3 space to identify potential opportunities and threats to our community’s growth and engagement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with community managers, marketing teams, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven strategies are implemented effectively.

• Quality Controls: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by developing and maintaining robust data validation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

• 3-5 years experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a community or marketing analytics role.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem is highly desirable.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
