Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of technical experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Privileged Access Management (PAM) domain.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise directory services (Active Directory/Entra ID/Okta).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g. AWS).
  • Experience with Unix/Linux systems.
  • Experience with databases.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Security Information/Event Management (SIEM) systems.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools and technologies, including leveraging cloud environments (AWS or other) for demos and using productivity software (Microsoft 365 for Documents, Slides, and Sheets) for creating sales collateral.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a persuasive manner.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and reliability in a remote or distributed work environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the resourcefulness to troubleshoot issues and adapt to continuous change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and training engagements.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and live demonstrations (virtual and in-person) to showcase the value of Bravura Security’s solutions, confidently addressing technical questions and objections from prospective customers.
  • Create and tailor thorough responses to RFPs and technical questionnaires, effectively articulating how the features of the Bravura Security Fabric meet and exceed client requirements.
  • Partner closely with the Manager of Professional Services to evaluate prospective projects and provide high-level effort estimates and scope input. These contributions will inform the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and ensure that proposed solutions are deliverable within Bravura’s services capacity and timelines.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to understand customer needs and design appropriate solution proposals, including jointly conducting demos and guiding customers through technical evaluations during the sales cycle.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation – such as integration guides, specifications, and how-to articles – to support customer evaluations and enable internal teams.
  • Continually build and manage a high-end product demonstration environment (including cloud-based deployments) to showcase the latest capabilities of the Bravura Security Fabric in sales presentations.
  • Deliver technical training sessions and create supporting materials to elevate the product knowledge of sales team members and partners, enabling them to effectively communicate Bravura’s value proposition.
  • Liaise with Engineering, Product Management, Professional Services, Marketing, and senior management to ensure customer requirements are understood and feasible solutions are crafted during the sales process.
  • Present to and partner with C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders in customer organizations, working consultatively to architect innovative IAM solutions that address high-level business and security objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team by providing technical expertise for content creation and campaigns – for example, contributing to product marketing reviews and co-presenting in technical webinars and industry events.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” by feeding insights from prospects and market trends back to the Product and Engineering teams, assisting in researching and shaping new product features and improvements where applicable.
  • Work closely with fellow colleagues in other regions (Americas, EMEA, etc.) to share best practices and maintain a consistent approach to solution selling across the global team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Programming skills: Python (preferred) to automate tasks or extend solution capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence, including large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or Grok, as well as experience integrating via Managed Cloud Platform (MCP) into various systems and tools.
