Position: RN - Respiratory Program Lead

Location: Ridgeway Post Acute, Petaluma, CA

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Respiratory Program, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care plans for residents.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide education and training to staff on respiratory care techniques and procedures.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of respiratory interventions and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.

• Certification in Respiratory Therapy or related field preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
