- A Bachelor’s degree or Engineering Technologist Diploma is preferred.
- At least 5 years of related experience is preferred.
- ASQ and/or ACI certification is required in the United States.
- Canadian equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience or training in environmental regulatory and construction industry compliance is preferred.
- Proven subject matter expertise in testing, inspection processes, and construction procedures is required.
- Proven leadership, coaching, mentoring ability, and ownership are required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
- Willingness and ability to learn and grow in environmental monitoring, technical writing, and documentation are required.
- Oversee quality procedures on project sites in a District to ensure accurate documentation, procedures, and testing of required items in contract specifications.
- Conduct and prepare internal and external audit documentation and reporting to support project site quality activities and compliance.
- Develop and manage quality control plans for projects in the assigned District.
- Assist with company non-conformance reports and resolutions.
- Identify risks and discrepancies at project sites during daily site walks, and document findings, evaluations, and inspections using prescribed company procedures and software.
- Perform system verifications on completed systems to assure correct installation per contract design specifications.
- Document, analyze, and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
- Manage impact assessments to identify, assess, and reduce organizational environmental risks and financial costs, at the direction of the environmental team and its procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of the company's values and strategic plan.
- Support published corporate policies.
