Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, FP&A, intercompany, month end processes, cost accounting, investment analysis and fixed assets accounting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data, trends and patterns
  • Excellent customer service skills working in a global environment with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes
  • Self-starter, works well independently and in a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in process transitions and transformations in a virtual environment
  • CA, CPA, CMA or MBA Finance with 07-10 years of progressive experience
Responsibilities
  • Management Reporting: Budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing tasks, and identifying key drivers for decision-making.
  • Cost Monitoring & NPI Projects: Conducting cost analysis, ensuring compliance, and coordinating NPI projects for product improvements.
  • Manufacturing Accounting & Capital Management: Supporting cost reduction programs, reporting inventory metrics, and ensuring GAP compliance.
  • Collaboration & Improvement: Working with other departments, providing training, and driving business process improvements.
  • Cross Department Collaboration: Work with other departments to gather data and provide insights. Foster a collaborative environment to align on goals.
  • Subject Expertise Matter: Develop expertise and provide training for related systems and reporting.
  • Business Process Improvements: Lead and participate in business process improvements as part of the Global Finance Strategy.
  • Project Transition: Manage project transitions in line with COE scope, timelines, and metrics. Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and maintain documentation.
  • Process Transformation: Identify tools and technologies to transform processes. Drive continuous improvement through simplification, standardization, and automation. Embed change management best practices.

  • Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
  • Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
  • Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.
