  • Plan, schedule, & facilitate the onboarding & development of newly hired Sales Development Representatives to ensure reps hit their numbers early and often
  • Help facilitate the onboarding of newly hired Lead Development Representatives
  • Work cross functionally to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively to NexHealth and their respective teams
  • Provide strong coaching, mentoring, and QA to new hires through a deep understanding of sales, our business model, and our sales methodology
  • Maintain content for the larger sales org to help the the team hit their goals
  • Help build strategy, processes, and structure to help us scale for long-term growth
  • Drive a high performance, high accountability culture
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis
  • Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Embody company culture and maintain high sales employee engagement
