We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to join the fast-growing Energy Team here at Radius.
You’ll report to our Sales Director on a day-to-day basis, supporting a wider team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day activities of the Outbound Sales team, ensuring targets and performance standards are met.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and development to new and existing Sales Agents to enhance confidence, skillsets, and productivity.
- Lead by example to cultivate a high-performing, growth-focused sales environment.
- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Sales Support, Referral Team, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact through to renewal.
- Identify and promote value-added opportunities during customer interactions to improve retention, upsell, and renewal rates.
- Support management by driving team performance and contributing to overall sales results.
- Monitor and maintain accurate sales records, dashboards, and reports to track team performance and provide actionable management insights.
- Foster a motivating and supportive team environment that encourages growth, high performance, and long-term retention.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales staff as required.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer or team issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to support strategic decision-making.

- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to commute between Belfast, Dundalk, Dublin, and Newcastle (GB) offices when required
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Supervisory Role
- Previous experience working in the Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland Energy Industry.
