Requirements:
Requirements: University degree in Food Sciences or its equivalent*. Knowledge of various standard laboratory procedures and techniques. Valid WHMIS-laboratory and Laboratory Biosafety certifications. Candidates who do not have the certifications can do them online before the start of the course. Experience in the field of the course. University teaching experience is an asset.
* The candidate must clearly demonstrate in their résumé how their academic background is relevant to the subject matter of the course.
Nature of the work: Implementation of theoretical principles learned in NUT1124 Food Sciences II (Lecture). Preparing and restoring the laboratory.
Instruction Mode: In person - Campus Lees / Type "C" Course: course with written assignments and with examinations which are not computer marked.
