Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
  • 1 year Sales Management/Supervisory Experience
  • Bilingual French/English Preferred
  • Minimum of Two Years Sales Experience
  • Minimum of 1 year Sales Leadership experience
  • Proven record of success in an outbound customer support environment preferred
  • Salon Industry Experience Preferred
  • Proficient in all MS systems including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams
  • Strong Data Entry Skills, knowledge of SAP software level 4.6 or similar platform required
  • Passion for excellent customer service with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled in analyzing reports to create revenue driving strategies with the data collected
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
  • Positive outlook and optimistic approach to problem-solving
  • Highly Organized and time-efficient with the ability to proactively identify roadblocks to productivity
Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue by leading the execution and implementation of sales strategies throughout Canada for the Partner Services Team
  • Coach a Team of Partner Advisors to develop the skill sets required to support sell in and sell through activities within their support markets and define best practices to collaborate with their Field Team counterparts
  • Set and supervise team standards that ensure efficiency in order processing while providing best in class support
  • Create and follow a systematic outbound communication rotation (call cycle) with assigned key accounts
  • Regularly communicate initiatives, marketing and education programs while working in tandem with Field Sales Leadership
