  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems (i.e., folder hierarchies, installing and uninstalling programs and drivers, etc.)

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in WordPress and/or Salesforce Communities and Knowledge
  • Previous Customer Service experience. While not interfacing with them directly, our team is ultimately a customer-facing team. Understanding the needs of our customers is an important part of managing a website that serves them best
  • Knowledge of and/or exposure to Help Authoring Tools (i.e., Madcap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, etc.)
  • Experience and/or familiarity with UX design
  • Experience with architectural or structural programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, Tekla or SolidWorks
  • Experience working within the AEC (Architectural, Engineering, and Construction) industry
  • SaaS experience
  • Localization familiarity and/or experience
  • Experience with analytics/metrics
