Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program specializing in Civil, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and complete tasks in a timely manner is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
  • Candidates must complete a background check and reference check.
  • Ability to perform regular walking, bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required.
  • Ability to work consistently on a personal computer with prolonged sitting and monitor or screen viewing is required.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor field explorations and construction projects under the guidance of engineers and scientists.
  • Document field conditions and complete field reports.
  • Assist with routine laboratory testing and analyses as needed.
  • Assist engineers with office and project-related deliverables.
  • Organize and maintain laboratory and field equipment when needed.
  • Maintain field readiness and complete company training requirements.
  • Conduct work safely and support the safe work practices of team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
