Health Clerk - Patient Care Assistant

Pay Range:

$17.00 - $23.80HSHS St. Vincent Hospital is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator/Patient Care Assistant to join our Emergency Department. Ideal candidates are patient focused, mission driven caregivers looking for an opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a fast-paced environment.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in acute care setting is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• BLS (Basic Life Support) is required within 30 days upon hire.
• CNA (Certified Nurse Assistant) or PCT (Patient Care Technician) certification in state of practice is preferred.
