Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for the ERP system.
  • Configure, customize, and test the ERP system to meet specific departmental and organizational needs.
  • Develop and implement data migration plans to ensure seamless integration of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights into operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues, providing timely and effective support to end users.
  • Participate in ongoing system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to educate users on the functionality and best practices of the ERP system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and technologies, constantly seeking opportunities to improve system effectiveness.
