As a Technical Project Manager on our team, you’ll work with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid to provide technical support in the evaluation of HETS 270/271 transactions. Through your leadership, we’ll help the CMS use cloud-based systems to ensure adherence to applicable standards, HIPPA requirements, and analyzing large datasets.

The key responsibilities for this position include:
- Possesses and applies a comprehensive project management knowledge across key technical tasks and high impact assignments.
- Works with system architects and oversee the ongoing development efforts.
- Leads team on large projects or significant segment of large complex projects.
- Primarily acts as a principal project spokesperson.
- Analyzes new and complex project related problems and creates innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components.
- Provides applications systems analysis and programming activities for multiple environments.
- Prepares long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities and for necessary support resources, including, but not limited to defect resolution and emergent issues.
- Oversees all aspects of multiple projects/changes and workstreams.
- Oversees DevOps tasks.
Required experience:
- Maintain an active Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification through the Project Management Institute throughout the duration of this Contract.
- Minimum of eight (8) years of project management experience managing a multi-disciplinary project team preferred.
- Experience managing a Government project with similar size and complexity preferred; possesses knowledge of AWS Cloud Solutions.
- Experience with Agile and other software development methodologies; experience with Medicare programs and ASC X12 270/271 transactions is preferred.
Public Trust Clearance
This role requires the hired candidate to go through public clearance. A minimum of 3 years of stay in the U.S. within the last 5 years is a must to be eligible to qualify for public trust clearance sponsorship.
