Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of Supply Chain, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Finance
  • Demonstrable experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Resource Planning (MRP) Systems
  • 2+ years experience managing a team of analysts
  • 5+ years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems logic and coding
  • Code Languages: SQL
  • Expertise in ERP and MRP systems logic
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Ability to create and improve processes and streamline workflows
  • Have strong relationship building skills, and the ability to interact and work effectively with many levels of personnel and suppliers
  • Ability to perform activities such as typing or sitting for extended periods of time
  • Willingness to travel or work required nights/weekends/on-call occasionally
  • Work in a facility that contains industrial hazards including heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, lead (Pb), high voltage, high current, pressure systems, and cryogenics
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounting, Manufacturing, Engineering teams to support Material Resource Planning (MRP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution System (MES), etc. to enable integrations of systems and data
  • High focus on enabling Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions through creation of data dashboards in Tableau or other tools
  • Streamline all Supply Chain processes through Continuous Improvement
  • Create and improve data entry workflows to minimize data maintenance requirements
  • Systematically identify and correct data inconsistencies between databases
  • Continuously work with various system owners to retire technical debt
  • Be the “voice” of the Supply Chain systems with our internal community, executive leadership and partners
  • Scope, design, implementation and maintenance of various Supply Chain systems
  • Mentorship of team members to share knowledge and help grow the skillset for the CFS organization at all levels
