- Support test planning, traceability, and reporting for SAP application changes, providing clear visibility into QA readiness through dashboards and metrics
- Build and maintain AI-assisted automated test cases, leveraging intelligent test case creation and optimization within Jira
- Contribute to QA governance by developing documentation, dashboards, and performance metrics to drive process improvements and transparency
- Advanced experience with HP Load Runner for performance testing
- Expertise in app monitoring tools and performance reporting
- Development of Power BI dashboards for QA metrics visualization
- AI-driven test case optimization and automation
- Experience with SAP-specific performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certification in software testing or quality assurance (such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent)
