About this role
As the founding Revenue Operations Manager, you will enable our GTM teams (Sales, Marketing & Customer Success) to understand business performance and hit their goals through improved strategy, automated processes, and effective reporting via dashboards and forecasts. You will provide direction as it relates to business tooling & integrations, upleveling our core GTM systems and processes that drive scale.
We are looking for a motivated, data-driven, results-oriented individual who can partner with leadership to drive efficient outcomes for our PLG motion.
As the first, founding member of the Rev Ops team, you should have both technical horsepower and strategic opinions that shape a brand new function responsible for building and continuously improving the systems needed to unlock the next phase of Scribe’s exponential growth.
Examples of what you’ll be doing
Data & Business Insights:
- Develop and execute a robust data strategy, ensuring efficient collection, organization, and analysis of sales & revenue data, and empowering teams with performance insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
- Oversee reporting, tracking and analysis of funnel metrics, helping maintain clear visibility of GTM activities and their effectiveness.
- Own high level of data accuracy within Salesforce in regards to pipeline, bookings, portfolio, etc.
Planning & Forecasting:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to establish a structured lead qualification framework, leveraging firmographic and product data (for example, defining “Product Qualified Accounts / PQAs”).
- Work with leadership to set OKRs, funnel metrics, and revenue targets.
- Inform incentive and commissions construction.
Tooling & Enablement:
- Own revenue tech stack, integrations, roadmap, and workflows, optimizing all of our GTM systems and processes to operate efficiently and scale according to our company growth plans.
- Ensure our CRM (Salesforce) consolidates all our prospect and customer information to provide trusted insights for all teams at Scribe.
- Improve overall data quality, reliability, analysis and reporting through data administration, recommended tooling and systems enhancements.
Invoicing & Accounting:
- Map and manage accounting of revenue cycle from order management, invoicing and collections.
- Drive implementation of new billing/accounting systems as part of our scale strategy.
You could be a great fit if
You are an operations person, through and through. You are incredibly data-driven, replacing ambiguity with order. You think in terms of systems and processes and love to build for efficiency, accuracy, and scale. You know Lead to Order and Order to Cash workflows inside and out, and are equally excited to whiteboard a system architecture and to dive into integration code. You love working with sales, finance, data, and other functions - working collaboratively to unblock challenges and achieve goals.
The ideal candidate can design processes and data flows that meet the needs of our business today, while also serving as a solid foundation as the department grows. You are commercially-minded, and think deeply about the day-to-day activities of our reps and how to reduce friction in the customer journey.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations / Business Operations / Revenue Operations at a rapidly growing PLG SaaS organization.
- Experience working within Salesforce or similar CRM, Snowflake, Mixpanel, Metabase, Stripe or equivalent SaaS billing platforms, QuickBooks or equivalent accounting tools.
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets within Excel / google sheets and provide business insights.
- Experience building integrations using custom APIs and out-of-the-box connectors.
- Deep knowledge of Lead to Order & Order to Cash workflows.
- Clear demonstration of hitting and exceeding operational and project goals.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and strong sense of urgency.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and decision-making skills.

Compensation
$130k - $180k + Equity + Benefits
