- Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives in the field.
- Assist the Branch Manager with employee communications.
- Collaborate with different partners to monitor and implement business processes.
- Conduct quarterly evaluations of hourly employees with the Branch Manager.
- Perform administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, and scheduling.
- Support the Branch Manager in recruiting, welcoming, and onboarding new employees.
- Act as an ambassador during organizational changes and play an active role in their deployment at the branch.
- Experience in retail or the automotive industry.
- Bilingualism in French and English.
