Responsibilities
  • Be actively present on the worksite to supervise and participate in operations in an occasionally outdoor, physical, and dirty environment.
  • Promote a welcoming and safe workplace.
  • Apply environmental, health, and safety rules and procedures.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with monthly health and safety audits.
  • Supervise daily operations, including schedules and the achievement of sales and production objectives.
  • Support employees by participating in daily tasks and operational initiatives in the field.
  • Assist the Branch Manager with employee communications.
  • Collaborate with different partners to monitor and implement business processes.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations of hourly employees with the Branch Manager.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including cash deposits, employee payroll, and scheduling.
  • Support the Branch Manager in recruiting, welcoming, and onboarding new employees.
  • Act as an ambassador during organizational changes and play an active role in their deployment at the branch.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in retail or the automotive industry.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
