  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate
  • Technician grade membership of IOSH (Tech IOSH) or higher
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience in the construction/utilities sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to interpret regulations and HSE data effectively
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate effectively with site teams and office staff.
Responsibilities
  • Offering competent HSE Advice to operational teams and conducting regular site visits, including inspections and advisory visits, ensuring compliance with Partner and Alliance requirements
  • Support operational teams in developing safety behaviours, guiding the application of our LIFE strategy, and promoting behavioural safety training and initiatives
  • Attend meetings to contribute and provide advice as a HSE representative
  • Lead or contribute to incident investigations, ensuring all evidence is collected, interviews are conducted, and reports are completed as required.

  • Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
  • Working towards Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH)
