  • Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
  • For System Test Engineer (Level 2): 2 Years of experience with a Bachelors in Science; 0 Years with a Masters. 4 Years of relevant experience may be used in addition in lieu of formal degree.
  • Understanding of testing principals, best practices, and procedures.
  • Experience working in a multi discipline test team environment.
  • Working knowledge in the creation of test plans, procedures, reports.
  • Basic understanding of MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs.
  • For Principal (Level 3): 5 Years of experience with a Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with a Masters; 1 Years with a PhD. 4 Years of relevant experience may be used in addition in lieu of formal degree.
  • Experience performing test events in a continuous integration environment.
  • Working knowledge using MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs
  • Experience with creation of test plans, procedures, CONOPS, and other related artifacts critical to system testing.
  • Ability to work & interface with customer representatives in a government oversight environment.
  • Experience working with and testing ICBM, missiles, or rocket systems at deployed test locations.
  • Experience interfacing and working with remote test sites to prepare and execute test or launch activities.
Responsibilities
  • Participating in test and integration events at multiple deployed locations to include government oversight & insight test environments.
  • Authoring and peer reviewing comprehensive and detailed test plans, procedures, and reports using various MBSE tools.
  • Overseeing and tracking progress in an agile based work environment.
  • Interfacing with cross functional internal and external teams/stakeholders and other parties critical to system integration & success.
  • Review and evaluate test requirements to insure completeness of test program.
  • Perform technical analysis of system and assist in preparation of comprehensive system level evaluations.
  • Participate in test readiness reviews and interface with various test planning teams to ensure all test objectives are being achieved.
  • Prepare system test reports, procedures, plans, and contract data requirement lists (CDRL’s) for delivery to government customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline from an ABET-accredited university.
  • US Citizenship with an Active Top-Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years).
  • Proficient in MBSE tools such as CAMEO & DOORs.
  • Experience in agile environment leveraging Jira & Confluence.
  • Experience with ICBM Weapon Systems, Missile/Rocket Systems, or DOD programs.
  • COMPTia Security+ (plus) Certification.
