Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in web production, digital project management, or a related field, with a strong background in hands-on web builds and quality assurance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in web development, digital production, marketing technology, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience executing complex web production projects and implementing multi-device quality assurance processes.
  • Expert-level proficiency with content management systems, web publishing workflows, and testing and quality assurance tools such as BrowserStack and Google Optimize.
  • Understanding of web production best practices, including search engine optimization basics, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to manage production timelines and communicate between technical and marketing stakeholders.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with generative artificial intelligence tools and prompt frameworks for production, localization, and quality assurance workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Leverage generative artificial intelligence translation platforms to build and deploy high-quality web assets and landing pages across various content management system environments and multiple languages.
  • Execute a testing-driven web production approach by performing quality checks and tracking user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate standardization of build and quality assurance processes for landing pages and web components, ensuring deliverables are fully responsive and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Monitor and enforce build guidelines and quality assurance protocols across digital properties.
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to translate production briefs into functional web assets that meet accessibility and usability standards.
  • Support efficient, repeatable workflows integrating quality control throughout the production lifecycle.
  • Manage implementation of A/B testing initiatives and user journey validations to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
  • Maintain technical documentation for web components and site enhancements to support hand-offs and future scalability.
