Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of scheduling experience. WFM experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated team leadership experience.
  • Ability to evaluate data to identify trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Manage WFM Schedulers’ performance by tracking and reporting team productivity and accuracy.
  • Review processes and procedures to recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements to management.
  • Train WFM schedulers on company policies and procedures.
  • Handle any WFM scheduling-related issues with management.
  • Provide weekly scheduling support.
