Requirements
  • 8-10 years of job related experience in Partnerships, Channel Sales or Business Development roles
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding partnership revenue targets
  • Classically trained in one or more sales methodologies
  • Technology experience, or with product management / product marketing
  • Strong leadership skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment, development and execution of strategic technology partnerships
  • Architect and execute a partnership strategy aligned with the company's business objectives
  • Identify and onboard ideal technology partners
  • Negotiate complex partnership agreements
  • Orchestrate co-marketing campaigns, seamless product integrations, and impactful sales initiatives
  • Cultivate and steward exceptional relationships with key decision-makers
  • Translate partnership initiatives into quantifiable business impact
  • Remain at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate and consult with partner leaders on business case development, enablement strategies, budgeting, and implementation strategy
  • Oversee internal and external execution, provide guidance and advice to drive performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and promote offerings through cooperative initiatives
  • Utilize metric-driven analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and determine internal focus and priorities
