Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (healthcare, education, business, or related field)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, education coordination, professional practice, or a related role
  • Experience supporting clinical education, credentialing, certification, or workforce development activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a complex system environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and database or tracking systems
  • Experience in an academic medical center or multi-entity health system
  • Familiarity with nursing education, clinical placements, or professional certification processes
  • Experience supporting Magnet aligned or professional practice initiatives
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support system-wide clinical placement processes for nursing students, student nurse interns, and other learners in partnership with academic institutions and internal stakeholders
  • Serve as a central point of contact for clinical placement requests, ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and communication across entities
  • Maintain placement records, agreements, and compliance documentation in alignment with organizational and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with site leaders and education teams to support placement capacity planning and standardized workflows
  • Coordinate system level tracking and monitoring of nursing certifications and credentials (e.g., specialty certifications, licensure-related requirements)
  • Support standardized processes for certification verification, renewal tracking, and reporting across the health system
  • Partner with Professional Practice and Nursing Education to support certification initiatives that align with professional development, Magnet principles, and organizational goals
  • Assist with audits, data validation, and documentation related to certification and credentialing requirements
  • Maintain accurate, up to date data related to clinical placements, certifications, and credentialing activities
  • Develop and support standardized tools, trackers, and reports to support system visibility and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and standardization across entities
  • Support preparation of reports and summaries for nursing leadership, Professional Practice councils, and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal partners including Professional Practice, Nursing Education, Academic Affairs, HR, Compliance, and site leadership
  • Support communication with academic partners regarding placement processes, requirements, and timelines
  • Participate in system committees, workgroups, and initiatives related to workforce development, education, and professional practice
  • Performs other duties as assigned

(“TriSalus” or the “company”), an oncology company in the process of going public through a business combination transaction (the “Business Combination”) with MedTech Acquisition Corporation (Nasdaq: MTAC) (“MedTech” or “MTAC”), today announced that it has expanded the reach of its ongoing Pressure-Enabled Regional Immuno-Oncology™ (“PERIO™-01” and “PERIO™-02”) clinical program.In recent months TriSalus has opened five new PERIO™-01 (NCT04935229) clinical trial sites, at Stanford University Hospitals, University of California Los Angeles, University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus, University of Washington Medical Center and University of Miami’s Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, in addition to five previously activated sites.
