  • 5+ years of direct and proven human resources experience in a generalist capacity

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor and partner to employees and managers
  • Manage policy and procedure creation, updates, ensuring compliance, and providing interpretation and guidance
  • Lead the performance management process
  • Partner with employee committees to drive meaningful impact
  • Manage employee relations activities
  • Partner in Career Development initiatives
  • Partner in the semi-annual performance review process
  • Create and lead company-mandatory training initiatives
  • Manage termination protocols and conversations
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Manager on system implementation and enhancements
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Manager on HR and Finance audit requests
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and participate in special projects
