We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Southern Water team based in Kent, Sussex, Hampshire. Location: Kent, Sussex, Hampshire - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee design and build activities from conception through to handover, working collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and your site teams to deliver exceptional results. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Southern Water team, supporting them in delivering high-quality non-infrastructure, water, and wastewater projects. Your day-to-day will include: Leading projects from initial conception through to successful handover, ensuring delivery excellence at every stage Building and nurturing collaborative relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Managing site teams and ensuring the highest health and safety standards are maintained throughout Overseeing all commercial aspects including P&L responsibility, accurate forecasting, and margin enhancement Co-ordinating resources, reviewing project plans, and monitoring progress to ensure smooth delivery What are we looking for? This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if: You have a relevant degree (or equivalent) with experience in regulated utilities, infrastructure, or the built environment sector You possess strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of exceeding client expectations You have excellent NEC3/NEC4 contractual and commercial awareness You're experienced in subcontract administration and managing diverse teams effectively You hold a full driving licence and have a thorough understanding of current Health & Safety legislation We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome!
