Requirements
  • 3-5 years digital marketing experience
  • Experience effectively managing digital agencies
  • Understanding of current Digital Marketing best practices, creative, ad types, channels & technological capabilities, alongside customer journey, A/B Testing, analytics
  • A strong appetite for e-commerce, new technologies and a curiosity for innovation
  • Well rounded understanding of digital marketing principles, including email, SMS, loyalty and social media
  • Industry experience within FMCG, beauty, fashion or retail preferred
  • Advanced experience in ad platforms; Meta / Google Ads / TikTok, as well as Google Analytics, GA4 and advanced use of Excel a must
  • Experience in Shopify for reporting and analyzing impact of digital efforts
  • In platform experience in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform, including campaign set up, segmentation building and reporting
Responsibilities
  • Develop disruptive digital campaign strategies aligned to global digital strategy
  • Partner with paid media agency to execute strategic digital campaigns across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and paid social platforms
  • Monitor all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
  • Work with the Global digital team to execute global campaigns and implement global directives in market
  • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customers
  • Maintain relationships and targets with digital marketing agencies using strict KPIs to maximize ROI including liaising with the Digital Agency to analyze & improve paid search & social strategy
