  • Monitor all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking
  • Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing
  • Communicate effectively with global & regional teams on a regular basis ensuring information is clear, accurate and timely
  • Work with the Global digital team to execute global campaigns and implement global directives in market
  • Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress to internal customers
  • Maintain relationships and targets with digital marketing agencies using strict KPIs to maximize ROI including liaising with the Digital Agency to analyze & improve paid search & social strategy
