Responsibilities
  • Create and implement comprehensive field marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs to drive new lead and pipeline generation.
  • Plan, organize, and execute high-impact field events, including regional events, roundtables and trade shows, to drive lead generation and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting key segments of accounts, creating customized marketing programs that resonate with specific customer needs to support lead generation and engaged accounts conversion.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the product marketing and digital teams, including events, webinars, and digital initiatives, to generate leads and nurture customer relationships.
  • Partner with sales leadership to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and sales objectives, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through metrics and KPIs, making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing activities.
