Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with capital markets and product partners covering relationships in the Technology space, to develop, plan, and pursue an active client and prospective client calling program within the Bank structure
  • Work with team members to pre-qualify opportunities and structure cash flow, recurring revenue and ABL loans - the prequalification process includes gathering initial credit package, analyzing initial credit risk, preparing a deal “screen” memo, determining appropriate loan structure, preparing a term sheet, and preparing an ROE analysis
  • Research and make calls on prospective clients
  • Revenue goals will be based primarily on new relationships and year-over-year revenue growth, with an emphasis on cross selling various ancillary products (IRM, TM, F/X, DCM ECM, etc.)
  • Work with Credit and Underwriting to comply with all credit requirements and policy matters
  • Work with the head of the TMT lending business on projects, to support the growth of the business, as needed
  • While preparation of credit proposals and all ongoing credit monitoring is the responsibility of Underwriting, successful RMs will form close partnerships with Underwriting and Credit and remain actively involved in this process
Desired Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in loan origination
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Technology market sector
  • Completion of a formal credit training program (CTP)
